Terms and Conditions

• The Tour is being run under the guidelines of the Indian Golf Union's mandate for nurturing young talent in the country.
• The conditions will be run as per mandate of the IGU hard card

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Players once registered for an event can cancel their participation by sending an email to the tournament director. Cancellation of participation will be approved by the committee on a case to case basis. Refunds of the tournament fees shall be returned to the player within 7 to 10 working days of cancelling.

As part of this site, we collect the following personal data from the customers (players) or customer connected parties (e.g. parents). We use this data only for the purpose of conducting the Golf Tour as instructed by the IGU. Customers personal data is not used for any other promotional purpose and are also not shared with anyone else. We take almost priority in securing this data.

The platform that we use here is exclusively built for South Zone Golf Tour and the entire platform is hosted in AWS with all the security compliance. Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security issues and known vulnerabilities to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
